Scope
What we handle on a new build
Service, meter, and panel
New services and panels sized for the load you are building toward, set and ready for the utility and inspection.
Rough-in
Boxes, home runs, and feeders installed to plan and to code, staged to clear the rough inspection on your date.
Lighting and power
Branch circuits, lighting, and dedicated equipment circuits laid out to the print and the finish schedule.
Low-voltage rough-in
Data, communications, and device rough-in coordinated with the other trades while the walls are open.
Trim and fixtures
Devices, fixtures, and finish work installed clean once the space is ready, matched to spec.
Inspection and energize
We carry the job through final inspection and hand you a documented, energized system.
Scale to the project
We staff up for larger builds and multi-unit releases without losing the quality of a one-home crew. The work scales; the standard does not.
Scheduling reliability
We sequence to your construction calendar and confirm milestones and inspections up front, so the next trade is never held up waiting on power.
Spec support
Bring us in during preconstruction for plan review, load calcs, and value-engineering input, so the electrical scope is right before the first wire is pulled.
